1. Service Scope
We provide on-demand and scheduled deep cleaning, home services, and facility management through our app.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate booking and contact details.
• Ensure safe and accessible premises for service delivery.
• Not misuse or reschedule services repeatedly without valid reason.
3. Booking & Payment
• Services can be booked via the app using digital payment or cash on completion.
• Prices shown in the app are subject to change based on service scope or location.
• Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations before 12 hours of scheduled time → Full refund.
• Cancellations within 12 hours → Partial charge may apply.
• No-show by service provider → Full refund or free reschedule.
5. Liability
• We ensure trained and verified staff but are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Users are advised to keep valuables secured during service.
6. Intellectual Property
All app content, logo, and materials are owned by Space Deep Cleaning & Home Services. Copying or reuse without permission is prohibited.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate user access for misconduct, fraud, or violation of terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under Bangalore Courts.
